1. Refund Scope & Eligibility

We want you to be 100% satisfied with BerryDB. Our refund policy covers all digital software products, license keys, and Pay-As-You-Go AI Credit Top-Ups ($2, $5, $10, $20 presets) purchased through our online checkout.

14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the transaction date.
Unconsumed AI Credits: AI credit top-ups that have not been fully consumed are eligible for a 100% refund.
Technical Issues: If software incompatibility or technical defects prevent you from using BerryDB on supported macOS hardware, you are eligible for an immediate refund.

2. Free Core Desktop App & Trial

The core BerryDB Desktop application is 100% free software with no subscription requirement. Every new user also receives a 14-Day Free AI Trial containing 1,000,000 free tokens upon email activation with zero credit card required. We encourage all users to test the AI Assistant features during the free trial before making voluntary AI credit top-ups.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any BerryDB purchase, you can use either of the following methods:

Method B: Paddle Buyer SupportYou can also manage or request refunds directly via Paddle (our Merchant of Record) by visiting paddle.net or following the link in your email receipt.

4. Cancellation Policy

BerryDB Pay-As-You-Go AI Credits are non-recurring, one-time top-ups. There are no recurring monthly subscriptions that require cancellation. You only pay when you choose to top up your AI balance. If subscription tiers are introduced in the future, you may cancel at any time from your account settings or receipt link with no cancellation fees.

5. Merchant of Record Notice

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all BerryDB orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles refunds securely.
